Assayer Score0–100

Measures: Overall entity health

The headline number. Combines sanctions status, registry standing, ownership transparency, and flag severity into one score. Higher is better.

Risk Score0–100

Measures: Flag severity

How serious are the issues found? Sanctions and disqualifiers hit hard. Litigation and offshore exposure hit moderately. Minor gaps hit lightly.

Transparency Score0–100

Measures: Entity verifiability

How much can we actually verify? Active registration, named directors, beneficial ownership declarations, and filing history all contribute. A high-risk entity can still be transparent — and vice versa.

What the Assayer Score means

90–100

VERIFIED INTEGRITY

All sources checked, zero flags. Entity is well-established with full data coverage across registries and watchlists.

→ Proceed without conditions.

75–89

STRONG PROFILE

Entity is well-documented across multiple registries. Minor notes or data gaps but nothing material.

→ Proceed with standard due diligence.

55–74

ACCEPTABLE

Entity exists in registries but has gaps — missing filings, limited ownership transparency, or minor flags worth reviewing.

→ Proceed, but review flagged items before finalizing.

30–54

ELEVATED RISK

Significant flags detected — offshore leaks exposure, sanctions proximity, delinquent filings, or insolvency history.

→ Escalate internally. Additional verification recommended.

0–29

CRITICAL RISK

Hard disqualifiers triggered — active sanctions match, entity dissolved, or beneficial owner flagged on watchlists.

→ Do not proceed without independent legal review.
